DELIVERIES
Order fulfilment is operating as normal, orders are usually processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and dispatched Monday to Friday.
All orders are shipped via An Post Registered Service and a tracking number will be provided to you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Changes can be made to your order within one hour of placing. If the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE SEND AN ORDER OVER TWO DELIVERIES?
You only pay once for shipping per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you. If we need to send your order over two parcels we will cover the additional shipping costs.
Due to the high number of deliveries at Christmas time, An Post occasionally experiences delays. Please anticipate a potential additional waiting time for your parcel to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

RETURNS
Items can be returned to the shop in person or by post for a refund or exchange with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your delivery. This includes the day your order was delivered. Items returned outside of this time frame will not be accecpted. Items must be in original packaging and unworn. Original packaging includes shoe boxes, tags and any plastic packaging your items may have. Items returned without original packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may decline to accept it and may send it back to you.
All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund via original method of payment, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed.

Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or End of Line are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.
Why Are These Items Final Sale?
Sale and clearance products are offered at reduced prices to make room for new stock. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items, even if they do not fit or if you change your mind.

Returns Policy – Underwear & Tights
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear and hosiery items (including tights, briefs, thongs, bras, and dance undergarments) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether they have been tried on or worn, and whether or not the packaging has been opened.

Free Shipping Threshold & Returns
Orders that qualified for free shipping (orders over €99) will retain free shipping provided the final order value remains over €99 after any returns.
If returning items reduces your order total below €99, the standard €5.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Return Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be inspected and your refund to be processed once it reaches us. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.
